Your media stays on your device
Lumen Convert processes selected audio, visual artwork, and optional watermark files in browser memory. The public Local Studio does not upload, retain, or store these files on a Lumen server.
Google Analytics & anonymous product measurement
Lumen uses Google Analytics 4 to measure page visits and anonymous conversion stages such as file selection, completion, download, a next-action choice, caption copy, or opening a share sheet. These events do not include your file name, media content, file size, title, artist, custom artwork, caption, or watermark.
Advertising
Advertising helps pay for the website. Ads do not process your media, change your conversion quality, add watermarks, or create an account requirement. Advertising providers may process their own cookies or identifiers subject to their own consent and privacy requirements.
Browser data
Downloaded files are controlled by your browser. Lumen cannot retrieve them after you close or refresh the page. Your browser or device may keep normal local cache data according to its own settings.
